All orders are processed within 1 - 2 days after receiving your order confirmation email and payment.

We offer a flat rate shipping: R70 to anywhere in South Africa
We do offer FREE delivery on orders over R 600 anywhere in South Africa.
We are based in Botrivier – Overberg = Sorry we do not offer Pick Ups

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier sight.

We can only Ship to Physical Addresses – work or Home – we do not ship to P O Box’s
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
